PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Limited drop orders may take up to 5 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES
- Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- Worldwide: 7-14 business days

SHIPPING RATES
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Track your order through our shipping partner SendCloud.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer. DVISION is not responsible for customs delays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us at support@dvision.studio within 7 days.
